The role is restricted to those physically located in Europe. While this is a remote position, we cannot consider candidates that are not based in Europe.


Raketech is quickly establishing itself as one of the leading affiliates and performance marketing actors on the iGaming market. To spearhead the continued growth on the US market, we are now looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team of Cloud Engineers.

We are on the lookout for an experienced, fast learning and dynamic candidate that has a drive for solving problems and a passion for creating automated workflows. The candidate should be comfortable working in a remote environment.


As DevOps Engineer you are expected to …


  • Contribute to the development of Raketech’s platform for creating data driven product development.
  • Automate workflows to speed up project development
  • Ensure performance and availability of cloud infrastructures
  • Monitor, prevent and resolve incidents across the systems and assets
  • Work closely with Dev team to optimize CI/CD workflows
  • Support in On-Call rotations


  • 3+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Extensive experience in managing Linux servers (Apache and Nginx)
  • Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Extensive experience in CI/CD automation using Gitlab
  • Extensive experience with AWS and their cloud services
  • Extensive experience in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Knowledge in building and managing production environments using containerization (Docker)
  • Experience with WordPress setups at big scale
  • Experience with performance testing tools and practices
  • Knowledge of GitOps
  • Available to work +/- 2 CET - preferably based in Portugal
  • Scripting experience (preferably bash and/or python)
